2. Scope of the GTC
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded through the online store.
In the event of a dispute between the Consumer and the Service Provider, the Consumer is entitled to initiate proceedings before the competent Conciliation Board based on their place of residence or domicile. The Conciliation Board competent according to the Service Provider's registered office is:

The Service Provider generally hands over the ordered products to the courier service within 1–5 business days after the order confirmation. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping method and the operation of the courier service.
3. Products Available for Purchase
The online store offers self-manufactured fishing sinkers, feeder baskets, and related fishing accessories.
4. Ordering Process
By placing products in the shopping cart and submitting an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Service Provider.

Credit/Debit Card Payment
Online card payments and certain other electronic payment methods available in the online store are processed through the Barion payment system.
The Service Provider does not receive or store the Customer's bank card details or any confidential financial information related to the payment. Such information is processed exclusively by the payment service provider.
The payment service is provided by Barion Payment Zrt.
Barion Payment Zrt. is a payment institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary.

6. Shipping
Orders may be delivered by GLS, MPL, or FÁMA courier services.
There is no minimum order value.
The applicable shipping fee is displayed during the checkout process.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
8. Warranty for Defects (Legal Warranty)
Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights for defects in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code.
9. Product Warranty
In the event of a defective product, Consumers may assert a product warranty claim in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
10. Complaint Handling
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to info@deakyfishing.hu or by post.
11. Conciliation Board
Consumers may contact the Conciliation Board competent according to their place of residence.
12. Data Protection
Details regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
13. Final Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hungary, in particular the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code and the applicable consumer protection legislation.
